Naringinase citrus debittering bitterness removal enzymatic hydrolysis

The naringinase is a safe and green biological enzyme preparation, which can be used for the removal of bitterness caused by naringin by specific hydrolysis of the bitter substance.It has the advantages of easy use with satisfactory debittering performance, and therefore is widely used in fruit juice, fruit wine, and other related production processes.

  • Optimal pH Range‌: 3.5–5.5, compatible with acidic environments typical in fruit processing.
  • Temperature Tolerance‌: Active at 40–60°C, with peak performance at 50°C.
  • Storage Conditions‌: Stable for 12 months at 5–25°C; avoid exposure to moisture and direct sunlight.
  • Appearance‌: Light beige to white powder, soluble in aqueous solutions.
  • Safety Compliance‌: GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) certified, non-GMO, and allergen-free.

 

 

4. PACKAGE & STORAGE

 

Package: 25kg/drum.

Storage: Keep sealed in a dry and cool place and avoid direct sunlight .

Shelf life:  12 months in a dry and cool place.
