The enzyme is produced by submerged fermentation of a finely selected microbial strain followed by purification and formulation.The enzyme works on broad-spectrum of bacteria that are Gram-positive and, in some cases, also Gram-negative with little negative effects. The enzyme even works on some viruses.

  • Solubility‌: Fully soluble in water and dilute saline solutions; insoluble in organic solvents.
