Enzyme Activity‌ : ≥1,000,000–50,000,000 U/g (Egg White Source)

 

Source‌ : Egg White

Appearance‌ :  White to off-white powder, odorless, slightly sweet

Solubility‌ : Highly soluble in water

Stability‌ : Retains activity after 1-minute heating at 100°C within pH 4–7

Withstands 45-minute heating at 100°C at pH 3

 

 

2 . APPLICATION FIELDS

 

(1) Core Applications in Food Industry‌

Natural Preservative‌:

Dairy Products‌: Extends shelf life of milk, cheese, and yogurt by inhibiting spoilage bacteria (e.g., Listeria). Typical dosage: 0.05–0.1%.

Meat & Seafood‌: Delays microbial growth in sausages, fish, and shrimp. Applied via 1–3% spray/vacuum packaging.

Bakery & Beverages‌: Replaces chemical preservatives in cakes and low-alcohol drinks.

 

Functional Additive‌:

√ Enhances gut health in infant formula (≤50 mg/kg).

√ Used in active packaging films for antimicrobial effects.

Poultry & Livestock‌:

√ Antibiotic Alternative‌:  in poultry feed reduces diarrhea and improves growth rates.

4.PACKAGE AND STORAGE

  • Package:25kg/drum.
  • Storage:Keep sealed in a dry and cool place and avoid direct sunlight. Slight sedimentation is acceptable since it will not impact performance of the product.
  • Shelf life: 12 months in a dry and cool place.
