1.PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

 

The high-temperature alpha-amylase is produced by submerged fermentation of Bacillus licheniformis followed by purification and formulation. High-temperature resistance of the enzyme makes it possible to liquefy starch and reduce viscosity while gelatinization, which brings lots of benefits for starch sugar processing.

 

Appearance :    Brown liquid.

 

 

MECHANISM

This product belongs to family of hydrolytic enzyme, attacking α-1.4 glycosidic bond in starch, producing dextrin, oligosaccharides a small amount of glucose.

 

 

2.APPLICATIONS

 

The enzyme is widely used in starch related industry where degradation of starch is necessary, such as starch sugar processing (glucose, maltose, dextrin, fructose, oligosaccharide), alcohol fermentation, brewing, monosodium glutamate fermentation, organic acid production, textile, papermaking and others.

The high-temperature and high-efficiency Alpha amylase is a new concentrated enzyme with high thermal stability. It is used for desizing starch, starch derivatives and starch / Synthetic Size (PVA) in fabric size.

 

 

3.APPLICATION RECOMMENDATION

 

  • Alcohol and ethanol industry

 

  • Brewingindustry

 

  • Starch sugar industry

 

  • Other industries:Can also be used in the processing of rice wine, vinegar, antibiotics and citric acid industry, etc. to increase yield and reduce fermentation time.

 

  • RemindingThe dosage has to be optimized based on each application, the raw material specifications, product expectation and processing parameters. It is better to begin the test withthe convenient volume.

 

 

4.PACKAGE AND STORAGE

  • Package:25kg/drum.
  • Storage:Keep sealed in a dry and cool place and avoid direct sunlight. Slight sedimentation is acceptable since it will not impact performance of the product.
  • Shelf life: 12 months in a dry and cool place.
