
High-Temperature Alpha-Amylase for Ethanol Production ”thermostable amylase”、”starch hydrolysis enzymes” ”biofuel enzymes”
The high-temperature alpha-amylase is produced by submerged fermentation of Bacillus licheniformis followed by purification and formulation. High-temperature resistance of the enzyme makes it possible to liquefy starch and reduce viscosity while gelatinization, which brings lots of benefits for starch sugar processing.
Appearance : Brown liquid.
MECHANISM
This product belongs to family of hydrolytic enzyme, attacking α-1.4 glycosidic bond in starch, producing dextrin, oligosaccharides a small amount of glucose.
The enzyme is widely used in starch related industry where degradation of starch is necessary, such as starch sugar processing (glucose, maltose, dextrin, fructose, oligosaccharide), alcohol fermentation, brewing, monosodium glutamate fermentation, organic acid production, textile, papermaking and others.
The high-temperature and high-efficiency Alpha amylase is a new concentrated enzyme with high thermal stability. It is used for desizing starch, starch derivatives and starch / Synthetic Size (PVA) in fabric size.
