Degrades non-starch polysaccharides (NSPs) in feed, reducing gut viscosity and anti-nutritional effects. Enhances nutrient absorption by breaking down plant cell walls.

1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

 

Xylanase is a hydrolytic enzyme complex (EC 3.2.1.8) that targets xylan polymers—key components of plant cell walls—through cleavage of β-1,4-glycosidic bonds, yielding xylose and oligosaccharides.

 

Form: Light brown to yellow powder (batch-dependent color variation, non-correlated with activity).

 

Customizable Activity: 5,000–200,000 U/g (adjustable per client needs).

 

Core Functions:

Reduces intestinal viscosity by degrading NSPs in animal feed.

Enhances nutrient release via cell wall breakdown in cereals.

PH Adaptability: Dual-active peaks at pH 4.5 & 6.0 for gastric/intestinal phases.

Thermostability: Active across pH 3.0–7.0 (optimal at 50–60°C), suitable for industrial processing.

Baking: Improves dough elasticity and crumb structure.Custom blends with amylase for gluten-free products.

Brewing: Reduces wort viscosity

3. TECHNICAL PARAMETERS & APPLICATIONS

 

Feed additive: 100–300 g/ton

pH Range3.0–7.0 (optimum 5.0)

Juice clarification: 0.1–0.3%

Temperature Stability≤60°C for 30 min

Paper bleaching: 0.5–1 kg/ton

 

 

4. PACKAGE & STORAGE

 

Packaging: 25 kg/drum (food-grade polyethylene) or customized aluminum foil bags.

Storage: 2–8°C in dry conditions; retains 95% activity after 12 months.

Handling: Avoid direct sunlight; reseal after use to prevent moisture absorption.
