1. PRODUCT OVERVIEW

 

The protease is extracted from Bacillus through fermentation and refinement,

capable of hydrolyzing protein peptide bonds, transforming complex large protein

structures into simple small peptide chains or amino acids. This makes blood

stains, sweat stains, milk stains, soy sauce stains, and other protein-based

contaminants easier to remove. It also has the ability to hydrolyze ester bonds,

amide bonds, transesterification, and tranephalin, while reducing the usage of

caustic soda and sodium tripolyphosphate, thereby minimizing environmental harm.

The optimal pH range is 6.0 to 12. Under conditions of 5℃ to 60℃, the enzymes

activity increases with rising temperature, peaking around 45 degrees Celsius,

and then decreases as the temperature rises, becoming irreversibly inactive

above 80 degrees Celsius.

 

 

‌2. PRODUCT ADVANTAGE

 

Add it before thickening in the production process of detergent。

Addition Amount Recommendations (There is no fixed standard for the addition

amount in washing systems; companies should comprehensively design the addition

amount based on their product positioning, washing requirements, and cost control

needs. In summary, the higher the protease addition amount, the stronger the

stain removal effect for protein stains):conventional detergents;

Add 0.2%:  the recommended addition amount of conventional detergent;

Add 0.4%: detergents such as underwear, baby and collar cleaning.

Transportation‌: Ambient conditions; separate from strong acids/oxidizers.

 

Dosage Recommendations‌:

Laundry Powder/Liquid: 0.8-1.2%

Dishwashing Detergent: 0.5-0.8%

Industrial Cleaners: 1.0-1.5%
