The enzyme catalyzes the degradation of triglycerides into diglycerides, monoglycerides, glycerol and fatty acids.Industrial Liquid Cellulase for Anti-Pilling & Fabric Softening (pH 7-10.5).

1. PRODUCT OVERVIEW

 

It works efficiently on lipid stains in our daily life and is used commonly for detergent.

It’s a cellulase preparation produced by submerged fermentation, purification and formulation. It can repair damaged short cellulose fiber efficiently and work on crystalized cellulose, enhancing the cleaning of resistant stains and unfixed dye.

3.TECHNICAL PARAMETERS

 

Form: Brown powder ( color varies ±5% between batches)

Activity:50000u/g,-100,000u/g 200000u/g.300000u/g etc

(customizable per application.)

‌Temperature Range:‌ 20–60°C (peak activity at 40–50°C)

 

Application recommendation:

Recommended dosage‌: 0.1–1.5% (w/w) in liquid/powder detergents. The optimal dosage has to be adapted to the exact cleaning purpose.

The product can be used as it is based on exact applications or as an ingredient mixed with other detergent components.

 

 

4. PACKAGE & STORAGE

 

Ø  Package 25kg/drum.

Ø  Storage: Keep sealed in a dry and cool place and avoid direct sunlight.

Ø  Shelf life: 12 months in a dry and cool place (5-25°C).
