Project Overview

The medical glove storage warehouse designed by our company was built in Ethiopia on May 2020, the whole warehouse size is 165m x 25m x 12m, and the brick wall is 1.5 meters. The warehouse building area is about 4125 sqm. It is a single-span frame, the wall and roof panel is a polyurethane sandwich panel, and the door is a sandwich panel sliding door.

The width of 25 m without a center column can meet the storage of any cargo, and the door size is 4m x 5m, it is convenient for forklifts to handle the load and discharge. Besides, there is enough space to design the office inside the warehouse, which convenient management of goods going in and out.

The customer chose to use the steel structure building formedical glove storage warehouse. The primary consideration is the fast installation and economical cost. When starting to communicate with customers about this project, the key factor needs to be confirmed is the dimension of the whole building, including length, width, and height.

Then, we also calculated the wind load and snow load according to the local climate to ensure that all structure is sturdy and durable.
The service life is more than 50 years. Therefore, we first need to consider the safety of each building, and then the economy.
