1. PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The alkaline amylase is a liquid product brown in color.The amylase degrades starch into water soluble dextrin, oligosaccharides and finally glucose, getting the starch stains solubilized and removed.The product has a wide working pH and temperature range from pH 6.0-10.0 and 25℃-60℃. Loss of activity occurs beyond these ranges

‌Temperature Range:‌ 20–60°C (peak activity at 40–50°C)

Application recommendation:

The product should be mixed with small amount of detergent first before further processing 。

The optimal dosage has to be adapted to the exact cleaning purpose.
